Mainly, there have been media companies that used the technology, but we see a much larger and wider application range, explains founder Marcus Emne. Take for example the entire industry destination, they spend today much time and money on updating visit target opening hours, what events are happening, etc. Secondly, we can automate that part, and we can find relevant content that is useful for marketing the destination. Hoodin was founded in 2013 and initially focused on hyper-local media. At the end of 2014 Hoodin was chosen as one of the world’s most promising companies of the media company Red Herring.
